The VD60S x 142 is a 6 inch high pressure down the hole hammer built by Vikay Mining Equipments in India. Its 142 mm outer diameter is the slimmest of the 6 inch hammers, which lets it run in a tighter hole, and it weighs 94 kg over 1,140 mm. It uses the SD-6 bit shank with a 3 1/2 inch API regular pin coupler, takes bits of 6 inch and above, and runs on 350 to 940 cfm at 150 to 350 psi. No foot valve is required.
